Like any other type of financing, it all begins with the application. We will review your application upon receipt and contact you with any questions. Approvals can be granted as quickly as one day; however, more complicated transactions will require more time. Upon approval, we will contact you to see if you are ready to move forward. If so, we will prepare and overnight the loan package to you. For aircraft purchases, refinances, and upgrades, we will verify the value of the aircraft and order a title search. You will need to return the signed and notarized documents in the loan package as instructed. Closing fees vary depending on the type of loan; however, $350 to $500 is typical. Upon receipt of your executed loan documents and ensuring all requirements have been met, we will disburse the funds as outlined in the documents. For aircraft purchases, we will file all the necessary paperwork with the FAA to transfer ownership and register the aircraft to you.
