• Completed and signed application
• Two years Personal Tax Returns including any schedules
• Two years W-2s and current pay stub
• Two years Business Tax Returns and interim financials if self-employed
• Specification Sheet or details regarding the collateral if available

Approval Requirement Guidelines 

• Good Credit Score
• Strong Credit History
• Monthly debt (including this loan) less than 40% of monthly income

Loan Closing Requirements

• Photo ID
• Purchase Agreement
• Collateral Documents
• Pre-Purchase Inspection or equivalent
• Clear Title
• Entity Documentation if applicable
• Proof of Insurance
• Executed Loan Documents
